PAYPAL PAYMENTS
We accept payments using paypal. We can invoice you and you can safely and securely pay
with your credit card through paypal.com

ONLINE ORDERS
You can order some items and pay with PayPal, or your can fill out a FREE estimate and we will
contact you to finalize your order.

TRADEMARKS
Customer assumes liability for all trademarks and licensing and holds Stitch Witch harmless
from all claims and costs arising from items printed for the customer. A liability waiver will
accompany estimate sheets.

ARTWORK FOR EMBROIDERY
Please sketch out a layout of the design, and note any preferences such as maximum size,
minimum size, multi-color, etc. Please call for information.

Since color combinations are endless, our master embroiderers will use their knowledge of
apparel and thread matches to create the best design appearance. You can request basic
colors of thread matches but due to the vast variety of hues, our staff will make the final decision.

If it is imperative that you approve design before production, we can provide a mailed or faxed
paper proof at a charge of $5, or a sewn out proof for $10 plus shipping. Production of your
garments will not begin until approval of your design has been returned. For more than 10
colors per design, please call for a quote.

CAPS AND HATS
Caps with embroidery are $10 to $12 for stock designs or keyboard lettering.

SETUP FEES
When using stock text from our library, there is a minimum one time per job setup fee of $15.
For stock designs from our library, there is a one time per job minimum setup fee of $35.

DIGITIZING FEES
Custom logos and text starts at $75 per job and goes up depending on the complexity and
STITCH COUNT.

STITCHING FEES
Minimum $10 charge.

No charge for the first 5,000 stitches on garments supplied by Stitch Witch, and additional
stitching will be $1.20 per thousand stitches. If garments are not supplied by Stitch Witch the
charge will be $2 per thousand stitches.

SHIPPING
No charge for local delivery in the Fortuna area.

We ship via United Parcel and must have a phone number, street address and ZIP code.

Most orders are shipped within 4 to 6 weeks.

Add 8% to your order for shipping and handling charges to any continental U.S. address
regardless of number of boxes or weight.

The minimum shipping charge is $5.
